The STI Group is a leading manufacturer of sustainable, innovative and creative packaging and POS solutions. Sustainability is firmly anchored in the DNA of this family-owned company. The group has committed to the long-term goal of achieving net-zero emissions. Its ambitious climate targets have been officially validated by the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi). ÖKOTEC planned and modeled the reduction pathway for the entire STI Group in close cooperation.

Solution and Implementation

Spot checks of the existing corporate carbon footprint

On-site inspection at two locations (Lauterbach and Alsfeld, Germany) to develop a location-specific, customized catalog of measures (basis for concept development and implementation)
Support through all process steps up to “SBTi Submit” and during the validation phase
