Climate protection concept – savings potential for water supply
As part of a climate protection sub-concept, the Waldwasser water supply company has had the status quo and energy potential of the Flanitz drinking water supply plant at the Frauenau drinking water dam intensively investigated.
The concept was carried out by ÖKOTEC and OEWA Wasser und Abwasser via the funding program of the national climate protection initiative. Savings potentials for reducing electricity and gas consumption and CO2 emissions of 75 t/a were identified.
