ISO 50001 Management
Companies with certified energy management systems in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001 are obliged to demonstrate their continuous energy improvement on the basis of statistical models and suitable key figures. Furthermore, the significant energy users (SEUs) must be identified and analysed by the energetic assessment and the relevant variables must be normalized. With EnEffCo®, you can carry out the energetic assessment in a targeted manner and always have the main consumers in view. If required, our team of experts will support you with the design and implementation:

Dynamic System Monitoring
With EnEffCo®, those responsible for systems and energy always have an overview of relevant systems, components, systems and efficiency potential. The innovative core of EnEffCo® are key figures in combination with dynamic system monitoring: energy data can be systematically recorded, monitored and evaluated at system and process level. We use statistical methods in accordance with the requirements of ISO 50001 and take all relevant influencing parameters into account. This provides you with reliable information on how efficiently your systems are operated, identifies potential energy savings and enables you to implement appropriate actions and monitor their success.

Energy and Cost Forecasts
EnEffCo® already provides energy management with a future-proof digital platform that enables the integration of renewable electricity through to the operational optimization of energy generation plants depending on the development of the electricity markets.
Our Forecast module supports responsible persons with energy and cost forecasts and thus creates the basis for planning and optimization tasks in operations. We determine the forecast of energy consumption on a 15-minute basis, taking into account the measured empirical values and the relevant influencing parameters, such as production planning or weather data.

Load and Flexible Energy Management
In the past, Peak Load Management was the standard procedure for reducing power costs. The increasing proportion of renewable energies in our electricity supply system makes it necessary and economically attractive to find new ways of using consumption and generation systems flexibly. We implement efficient and cost-effective solutions for you, from simple Peak Load Management to optimized Flexibility Operations. This is based on our robust forecasts of energy consumption, market prices and influencing parameters. On this basis, we create individual system modelling to determine optimized system operation. The necessary system switching can then be carried out manually, based on corresponding recommendations or automatically via interfaces to existing Control System Displays. At the same time, data is automatically exchanged with your energy supplier.
